I have been in grief therapy with Mind-ed. I have found it to be professional and helpful. I have been able to participate in groups if I chose to, use journaling and of course speaking with the therapist. I have found it to be extremely useful and am particularly grateful for the fact that they also offer tools to practice and to assist in moving through a difficult time in life.
